10.1. The Company may change the Content, functionality or structure of the Website, or suspend all or part of the Website temporarily or permanently.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

11.1. The Website and Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company does not guarantee that the Website will always operate without interruption, delay, error or security threat.

11.2. To the extent permitted by law, the Company gives no express or implied warranty as to the completeness of the Content, its fitness for a particular purpose or whether use of the Website will produce the outcome expected by the User.

11.3. Nothing in the Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

12. Limitation of liability

12.3. Where the Company's liability cannot be excluded completely under applicable law, it is limited only to the extent permitted by that law. The Terms do not limit liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury or any other liability that may not lawfully be limited.

12.4. The limitations in this section apply only to use of the Website. Liability relating to the provision of a particular Service is governed by the relevant agreement and applicable law.

13. Indemnification

13.1. To the extent permitted by applicable law and where the User acts in the course of business or professional activity, the User will compensate the Company for reasonable loss and expense arising from a third party claim where the claim is directly caused by the User's intentional or material breach of these Terms, applicable law or third party rights.

13.2. The Company will inform the User of such a claim within a reasonable time and allow the User to participate in its handling. This section does not apply to a consumer to the extent that its application would restrict mandatory consumer rights.

14. Restriction of access

14.1. The Company may restrict or deny the User's access to the Website where the User breaches the Terms or applicable law, threatens the security or operation of the Website, infringes the rights of the Company or a third party, or where restriction is necessary to comply with a legal obligation.

14.2. Restriction of access does not affect rights and obligations that by their nature survive the end of Website use, including the provisions concerning intellectual property, liability and governing law.

15. Governing law and dispute resolution

15.1. The Terms and the legal relationship arising from use of the Website are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which a consumer has habitual residence.

15.3. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Latvia. A consumer retains the right to bring proceedings before the courts of the Member State in which the consumer is domiciled where applicable law grants that right.

16. Changes to the Terms

16.1. The Company may amend the Terms to reflect changes to the Website, the Company's operations, applicable law or security practices.

16.2. The current version is published on the Website together with the date of the latest update. If a change materially affects the User's rights and the Website functionality enables the User to be identified, the Company may provide additional notice by a proportionate means.

16.3. Use of the Website after a revised version takes effect means that the latest Terms apply to future use. This does not affect rights already acquired or the terms of a separate agreement.

17. Electronic communications

17.1. By communicating with the Company electronically or submitting an online form, the User agrees that the Company may respond to the relevant request electronically.

17.2. An electronic communication satisfies a requirement for written form only where applicable law so provides or the parties have agreed to it. These Terms do not by themselves replace a qualified electronic signature where one is required.

18. Miscellaneous

18.1. The Terms, together with the documents expressly incorporated by reference, govern use of the Website. They do not replace agreements concluded individually for the provision of Services.

18.2. If any provision of the Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. The invalid provision will be interpreted or replaced as closely as possible in accordance with its legal and commercial purpose.

18.3. A failure by the Company to exercise a right or to respond immediately to a breach does not constitute a waiver of that right.

18.4. The User may not assign rights or obligations arising under the Terms without the Company's prior written consent. The Company may transfer them to a legal successor in connection with a reorganisation, disposal of the business or another lawful transfer, subject to applicable law.

18.5. The Terms do not create a partnership, employment relationship, agency or joint venture between the User and the Company.
